Direct-to-Market Advertising: Uptown Giftbox Company email advert

The project consisted of the reworking of an existing print advertisement to work as an emailed, direct-to-market advert.

Advertisements doubling as invitations (distributed on email or by mail) and also appearing as the advert in the monthly SWAN newsletter to it's membership informing them of upcoming events.

The term "Content Management System" (CMS) has always been for me rather non-descript, but somewhat effective in describing a range of ideas... in three words or less!

So what is a content management system exactly?

To break it down, it is any system (generally electronic in nature) that manages (manually or automatically) content (anything from images to music to documents or other data). Whew! Clear as mud.

Website Updates and Maintenance: Aeropod

Aeropod.ca had become a defunct site, but Southernwood Express was contracted to restore it to its former glory. Upgrading the site to an up-to-date version of Drupal, we found it necessary to modify the theme and architecture to a certain extent to restore the full functionality. Aeropod.ca
